This is from Zoo Lights at the Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma, WA. I met another photographer there that told me to fog up the lens to get a semi-blurred effect on the lights. It was a lot of fun and created some cool effects, thought it was hit or miss. I also photoshoped in a flash of another photographer which allowed me to create my stars.
